Our Services
Individual Counseling
For Adults Ready to Heal, Grow, and Move Forward
Life can feel overwhelming—and sometimes, even the strongest people need support. In individual counseling, I work with adults facing anxiety, trauma, relationship stress, grief, and major life transitions. Using a blend of CBT, solution-focused techniques, and EMDR for trauma recovery, I help you uncover unhelpful patterns, build emotional resilience, and take meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.
Couples Counseling
Rebuild Trust. Strengthen Communication. Rekindle Connection.
Whether you're stuck in the same argument, reeling from betrayal, or feeling more like roommates than partners, you're not alone—and you're not beyond repair. As a Level 1 & 2 Gottman-trained therapist, I offer research-backed support for couples navigating conflict, trauma, and disconnection. I also provide specialized help for couples recovering from affairs or addiction. Together, we’ll work toward healing, understanding, and a relationship that feels like home again.
Family Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Sometimes Talk Isn’t Enough
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps people heal from trauma, anxiety, and other distressing life experiences. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (like guided eye movements or tapping) to help the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or “stuck.”
If you’ve experienced something that still feels heavy—whether it’s a big trauma or smaller moments that left a lasting impact—EMDR can help you find relief, gain clarity, and move forward with more peace and resilience.
Because Healing Works Better Together
Families are systems—and when one part is hurting, the whole feels it. In family therapy, I help you move past blame and into better communication, cooperation, and connection. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, conflict between siblings, or adjusting to a major life change, we’ll work together to create healthier patterns and a stronger family bond.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Helping Kids and Teens Feel Seen, Heard, and Supported
Children and teens often communicate their struggles through behavior rather than words. Using age-appropriate techniques like play therapy and solution-focused strategies, I help young clients process big emotions, build coping skills, and strengthen their relationships at home and school. I work closely with caregivers to ensure your child feels safe, empowered, and understood every step of the way.
Intensives
When 50 Minutes Isn’t Enough
We recognize that sometimes change is needed faster than 50 minutes allow. Being a private pay practice allows us to tailor session times to YOUR needs, not your insurance company’s. Ask about our 90 minute sessions, and our 2, 4, and 6 hour intensive options for EMDR, and couples work.
At Creative Connections Family Counseling, PLLC, we believe that investing in your emotional well-being and relationships is one of the most valuable decisions you can make. We are a private pay practice, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients are able to use their out-of-network benefits to receive partial reimbursement. We’re happy to help you navigate that process and provide the necessary paperwork to submit claims.
Standard Fees:
Initial Intake Session: $90
Ongoing Individual, Couples, or Family Sessions: $75
Free 15-Minute Phone Consultation for all new clients
I also offer EMDR and couples therapy intensives for clients seeking focused, accelerated progress. Duration and pricing for intensives vary based on your goals—please contact me to learn more.
A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need and current availability. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to ask about those options during your consultation.
Paying out-of-pocket allows you greater flexibility, privacy, and choice in your therapeutic journey. If you're ready to invest in meaningful change, I'm here to support you every step of the way.
“Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we’ll ever do.”
